The IDENTITY – International Art Exhibition | SEOUL 2025 has just concluded, and we are deeply honored to have taken part in this remarkable international gathering. From September 3–8, Seoul became a global meeting point for artists exploring the many dimensions of identity—cultural, personal, spiritual, and collective.
Among the works featured was “Grey Anemone,” a textile sculpture by Portuguese artist Marita Setas Ferro, presented within this vibrant dialogue on selfhood and belonging.
Organized by Musa International Art Space and K-Art International, with the support of Siwon Art and Insa Art Center (Seoul), the IDENTITY project created a dynamic space where tradition meets transformation, and every encounter invites change. The exhibition was structured into two interconnected sections, both examining the fluid and evolving nature of identity in our globalized world.
For Marita Setas Ferro, it was a joy to bring Portuguese contemporary textile art to South Korea and to share it in such an inspiring, cross-cultural context. Heartfelt thanks go to the organizers for the invitation and to all visitors whose curiosity and engagement made this journey even more meaningful.
This exhibition reaffirms how art has the power to connect us across distances and cultures—building bridges, sparking dialogue, and deepening understanding in today’s shifting landscape of global art.
