February 2024 - Marita Setas Ferro selected for Collect Open 2024 - T Jornal

Marita Setas Ferro is one of 14 artists and collectives selected - and only national - by an advisory panel of experts for the Collect Open 2024, the leading international fair of contemporary crafts and design presented by the Crafts Council, which will take place at Somerset House in London between 1 and 3 March.

Inserted in the general theme that addresses since 2016 - 'Things from Nature', will be in presentation 'Anemones in Volcanic rock', the latest work of the sculptor, designer and founder of the brand Marita Moreno that will be exclusively in Collect 2024 and that "is almost an artistic installation. I lined part of the room that was assigned to me in black and made seven pieces that are part of a single piece", explained Marita Ferro, to T Jornal.
